Our 7-Day Plant Protection Guarantee
If your plant arrives damaged, unhealthy, or does not survive within 7 days of delivery, we've got you covered:
- Send us clear photos of the plant within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp or email
- Photos must show the issue clearly — damaged stems, broken roots, completely dried leaves, or dead plant
- Once verified, we will send a free replacement (subject to availability) or issue store credit
What's Covered
- Plant arrived dead or severely damaged during transit
- Plant with broken stems, uprooted roots, or crushed packaging
- Completely dried or wilted plant that does not recover within 7 days despite following the care instructions provided
What's Not Covered
- Minor transit stress — slight drooping, a few yellow leaves, or soil displacement is completely normal during shipping. Plants are living things and may show minor stress after travelling. With proper care (sunlight, water, and love), they bounce back within a few days
- Damage caused after delivery — overwatering, underwatering, extreme heat/cold exposure, repotting within the first week, or placing the plant in conditions not recommended in the care guide
- Claims made after 7 days from the delivery date
- Change of mind, wrong colour preference, or "I expected it to look different" — since every plant is unique and a living organism, minor variations in size, shape, leaf pattern, and colour from the product images are natural and expected. Two plants of the same species will never look identical
- Pots and planters — minor colour or shade variations may occur between batches. If the selected pot is unavailable, we may ship a similar pot of equal or higher value
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the perishable and living nature of plants, we do not accept physical returns or exchanges. Shipping a plant back causes additional transit stress and almost always damages the plant beyond recovery. This is an industry-standard practice followed by all reputed online plant sellers.
If your plant qualifies under our 7-Day Guarantee, we resolve it through a free replacement or store credit — no need to ship anything back.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
- Orders cancelled before dispatch: Full refund within 5-7 business days
- Orders cancelled after dispatch: A shipping and handling fee of ₹200 will be deducted from the refund, as the plant has already been packed and handed to the courier. Refund of the remaining amount within 5-7 business days
- Prepaid orders: Refund to original payment method
- COD orders: No refund applicable for cancelled COD orders post-dispatch
