General

MeraGamla is an online retail store selling live indoor plants, bonsai, and related products. The website is operated from Delhi NCR, India. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or change these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Products & Accuracy

We make every effort to display our products accurately, including images, descriptions, and prices. However, please note:

  • Product images are for reference only. Since plants are living organisms, the actual plant you receive may differ from the image in terms of size, shape, number of leaves, and colour. These are natural variations and not defects
  • The age of bonsai plants mentioned (e.g., 6-7 year, 9-10 year) is an approximate estimate based on growth patterns and trunk thickness. It is not a certified or guaranteed figure
  • Pot/planter colour and design may vary slightly between batches. If the exact pot shown in the listing is out of stock, we may substitute it with a pot of similar style and equal or higher value
  • We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. If an item is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund

Orders & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes
  • We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and select online payment methods
  • Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product unavailability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or incorrect/unverifiable delivery information
  • We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order

Intellectual Property

All content on meragamla.in — including text, images, product descriptions, logos, and design — is the intellectual property of MeraGamla. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

MeraGamla shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our maximum liability for any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific order.

We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by courier/logistics partners, natural disasters, extreme weather, government regulations, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or purchase of products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
