Delivery Across India

We deliver plants safely to all serviceable pin codes across India. Every plant is packed using our custom packaging method designed to protect the plant, pot, and soil during transit.

Shipping Charges

  • Orders above ₹599: Free shipping
  • Orders below ₹599: Flat ₹49 shipping charge

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Order processing: Most orders are packed and dispatched within 1-2 business days
  • Delhi NCR delivery: Typically 1-3 business days after dispatch
  • Rest of India: Typically 4-7 business days after dispatch
  • Remote/rural areas: May take an additional 2-3 business days

Please note: These are estimated timelines. Actual delivery may vary depending on your location, courier partner availability, weather conditions, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances. We do our best to ship as quickly as possible, but we do not guarantee a specific delivery date.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can use this to track your shipment in real-time.

Important Notes

  • We ship Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day
  • During extreme weather (heat waves above 45°C or heavy monsoon), we may delay shipment by 1-2 days to ensure plant safety during transit. We'd rather your plant arrive a day late than arrive damaged
  • Delivery requires someone to be available at the address to receive the package. If the courier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges of ₹200-300 will apply
  • We currently do not offer same-day delivery or scheduled time-slot delivery

What You Receive

  • Live, healthy plant as shown on the product page
  • Pot/planter as mentioned in the listing (minor colour or design variations may occur between production batches)
  • Plants are living organisms — the actual plant may vary slightly from the product image in terms of size (±10-15%), number of leaves, shape, and colour. This is natural and not a defect. No two plants are identical, and that's what makes them special
